At Nuxario we handle your personal data with the diligence required by Argentine legislation and applicable international standards. This policy describes, in plain language, what data we collect, for what purpose, how long we keep it and which rights you can exercise at any time.
2. Data we process
We process the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form (name, email and message) and technical data generated by your browser, such as masked IP address, device type, browser language and pages visited. We do not request sensitive data or banking information.
3. Purpose and legal bases
We use your data to reply to enquiries, keep the site secure, improve our educational content and, where you grant explicit consent through the cookie banner, measure the analytical and advertising performance of the platform. Legal bases include your consent, our legitimate interest in keeping the site operational and compliance with Argentine legal obligations.
4. Retention period
We retain messages received for up to twenty-four months counted from the last contact. Technical logs are kept for six months for security purposes. Once those periods expire, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
5. Recipients
We never sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We only share aggregated and pseudonymised information with Google Ireland Limited for the operation of Google Ads and Google Analytics 4, exclusively where you have granted the corresponding consent.

Under Law 25.326 you can access, rectify, update, delete and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights please write to privacidad@nuxario.com indicating your request. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory authority in charge of ensuring compliance with this regulation.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Our hosting provider operates with recognised international certifications and information is transmitted through encrypted TLS connections.
8. Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect operational improvements or regulatory changes. Any substantial modification will be announced on the site with reasonable advance notice.
